Alan to submit to main committee ballot before June.
Before submitting send to John K. for review.

F1578 Contact Closure Cycling
Denny will recommend changes and present to the committee at the June 2007 meetings.

F1661 Contact Bounce Time
Ken Gann to recommend changes and present to the committee at the June 2007 meetings.

F1680 Circuit Resistance
Alan to submit revision to main committee balloting.

F1681 Current Carrying Capacity
Ken Klein to clean up draft modifications and email to Alan
Alan to submit to main committee balloting

Precision & Bias
F2359 Color & F2360 Luminance
ASTM will do statistical analysis and Bill, Neil or Dennis will report results to the committee.

F2592 Force Displacement
Bill to send results of Pilot study to Alan for distribution to committee.
Bill will note anything that looks unusual.
After pilot study determine how many switches on each sample to test.

ILS Study
This will start as soon as pilot study is completed.
4 samples will be sent to each lab for ILS study.

UL – Membrane Switch as a Recongnized UL Component.
Considering the comments provided, UL intends to provide the June meeting with a more detailed working text of an “outline of investigation”, description of recognition and follow-up service for the before the June meeting (late May).

New Standards in Development
Determining the Luminance Curve of an Electroluminescent Lamp at Ambient Conditions
Dave will send samples of an Luminance Curve and Color Curve to Alan.
Alan will insert them into the draft as Fig 1 & Fig 2.

Brando to present draft at the June 2007 meeting.

Interlayer Adhesion
Michelle to create a draft for June meeting or before. If before June Michelle with send draft to Alan for distribution to active members for review.

Existing Standards – maintenance needed.
F1596 Temp & Humidity
Denny will recommend changes by June meeting.

Future Standard Considerations
Pencil Hardness
Allan Buchholz to report back to the committee. A decision is needed whether F01.18 will invest time into crating a test method/practice or use an existing document from another committee.

C920 & F793 – Alan to forward copy of these example standards with the meeting minutes.

Joe to determine what Feb 2008 dates is available for hotel accommodations considering Super Bowl week & Valentines day.
